I am so sad for everyone's loss. Evo was a great man who I always looked up to. He was tough on the outside but those of us who knew him well knew that he had a heart of the purest gold. If only we all were a little more like him, the world would be a better place. He and his brothers always placed family above all and I have been blessed to be welcomed as part of the family.We all will all miss him. I am so sorry I could not make it there tonight. My prayers are with you.

To Evo's loved ones - our hearts go out to yours on the loss of Evo. My dad (Charlie Gullotta) was friends with him way back in the early days at Sikorsky. I remember how Evo would come to our house to do work with my dad. All of the kids (8 of us) called him "Uncle Tony" and we believed there was nothing he couldn't do or figure out. My dad has passed too and I'd like to think of them being together renewing their friendship!

To Evo's loving family, Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. I knew Evo from Sikorsky where we spent countless hours working to get the Blackhawk off the ground. We became a group known as The Redwood Four-Evo, Wayne, Teddy and myself. We spent lunch together everyday for years and our friendship was forged in fire. With Virginia's help we were even able to hide from Walter. Our friendship will last beyond this parting for he was truly a great man and a great friend. To the Boys, keep my stool ready for when we meet again.
