I had the honor to meet Carlos at a young age of 6. He was always the jokester and made ppl laugh. He was very welcoming and friendly. Very down to earth guy.
I know he is up their having a blast and enjoying the finer things. God bless him and his family. Me and and his grandchildren Jordan,Brianna and Elijah Velez say we love him.

My father I will miss you dearly. ... you where always a strong man a man that I wanted to be. You where such a great provider , hard working man. I remember watching you walk home in the rain with groceries in both hands to bring home food to us. You where always such a great provider. You where loved and respected by many. As I grew older and became a man and learned a lot of things on my own I got to know why you where the way you was. As like you I became a man of hurt and pain. And not knowing how to release it and not knowing how to express my feelings I went to drinking , drug's , and women. Until I gave my life to God I ran wild. So I know a bit about what men do when where hurt. But are last conversation I said if you go out go out right and you did. You gave your life to God and went out reading the word of God. For that I'm the happiest proud son ever. I love you see you soon.

Lamento mucho la perdida de su querido Carlos. Se sufre mucho cuando perdemos um ser querido Mucha gente dice que es que Dios se los lleva como angeles para el cielo, pero la realidad no es asi. El Dios de todo consuelo no se deleita con la muerte de nadie, pues El no es el causamte del sufrimiento y menos de la muerte (2 Corintiioos 3:1, Ezequiel 18:32). Todo lo contrario, Dios sufre tanto como nosotros nuestra perdida. Tanto asi, que nos promete limpiar toda lagrima de nuesto rostro y eliminar la muerte para siempre (Revelacion21:4). Tambien nos dice que habra resurreccion y nos brinda la verdadera esperanza de volver a reunirnos con nuestros seres queridos que hoy duermen en la muerte. (Hechos 24:15, Juan 5:28,29) No le parece maravilloso saber que volvera a ver a Carlos? Conocer esas promesas me dieron mucho consuelo cuando perdi a mi padre, por eso quise compartirlas con usted. Gracias por habermelo permitido.
