Shukura, My beautiful, intelligent,strong sister. My heart is so heavy now. I know that you are in a better place, but it still doesn't stop me from feeling selfish in wanting you here. I'm so happy that we both knew how much we respected and loved one another. I will cherish the times that we spent together and the long hours we spent on the phone. LeAnne, I first met your mom in 2000, when I started working in the Records Room. She helped me out a lot while I was still training. Although we didn't get to see too much of each other, as we worked different shifts, we would talk quite a bit on the phone. I will miss her interesting conversations, and especially her kindness. My condolences , my heart and my love go to my cousin Le Anne .your mom will always be in my heart. The times when id run down to her house cause the babysitter as hitting me is foreve r imprinted in my mind . The times when you would come up from Tennessee for Christmas and I'd run upstairs to meet her. What she meant to me was more than just a memory. My aunt patty the things she did for me ,and how she protected me my aunt patty. How she saved my life while I was choking on some food and did the heimlich maneuver . I will dearly miss my sister the one who in our youth that guided and directed us to excel and grow, always with a twist of excitement as the oldest it more often than not fell on her to get us through homework and chores. Pat always followed her own path and I can say that example allowed me to do the same. Over the past few years we had not been in contact as much as we should have and that is truly my loss;But I was truly blessed to have spoken to her on Christmas Day the day that is the recognition of the birth of our lord and in a way the rebirth of our connection as brother and sister I know that she is in a better place but that does not make the loss any easier to bear.Pat's place in my heart and mind will always live on as i know it will in all who knew her.

I am going to deeply miss my beautiful friend, and I am so exceedingly glad that GOD allowed us the opportunity to spend time together last August.
