Dear family of De'Shenay Rosa, I am the mother of a brain aneurysm survivor, one year from her rupture. I'm so very sorry to hear about the loss of your little girl. This is a tragic illness that silently claims too many people and families. Please know you are in my prayers and I pray that God's peace will be your comfort in this difficult time. I am so sorry to hear about your little girl. I am a brain aneurysm survivor myself and it breaks my heart knowing that children are being affected by this condition. Please know that your daughter is with the angels and they will comfort and hug her until you see her again. I seen more of deedee when she was younger and she was the sweetest little girl I probably ever met, and always made me laugh with her silly ways, she was raised by her beautiful mother and a wonderfull father who passed away:( and made it through that struggle with the guidance of her mother and great aunts,uncles, and many many friends..DeeDee was a strong, loving, pretty, funny little girl. every person who came in contact with her was honored to meet such a great young lady and its such a terrible shame that the worst things happen to the people who least deserve it.Deedee was loved by so many and will definitely be missed by even more!

Two years ago De'Shenay was a student in my third grade classroom. It was thought that it would be a good placement because of the sudden, misfortunate passing of her father. I was blessed with her presence. She always greeted everyone with her ever present smile and kindness.She would always help and teacher or student who needed support.Thus she was a responsible and effective peer-tutor. Thus she was a responsible and effective peer-tutor. When she went to fourth grade, daily she would stop in my room to say hello, give a quick hug, and go back to her room. She was one of those students that teachers will always remember. Hopefully she is with Dad, looking down on us all. She is probably saying that everthing will be all right. She is smiling down on us now.
