Obituary of Ruth Rams

Ruth Rams, age 76, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful presence of the Lord on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 in Bridgeport Hospital while surrounded by her loving family. Ruth was born in Cuba but had relocated to the United States over 42 years ago. Ruth was a wonderful woman who lived to educate children for a wonderful future. She was a teacher at the former Elias Howe School where she retired from after many years of teaching. Ruth was also a faithful member of the Primera Iglesia Bautista Emmanuel for many years. She is the beloved wife of the Late Armando Rams; Ruth is survived by her sons Armando Rams and his wife Tracy of Guilford, CT, and Moises A. Rams and his wife Monica of Hamden, CT; Her daughter Gloria Alicea of Bridgeport; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling Hours on Thursday, September 13, 2012, from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
