To the daughters and son of Armando Sanchez: Your father was an extraordinary man! So kind-hearted, loving, caring and talented. He touched my heart and the hearts of everyone who played pool, Dominoes and arts and crafts at the Stratfield. He always cooked the residents delicious plantains and other tasty concoctions. And he never let his private pains get him down. He always brought cheer and good humor as he "galloped" around the pool table. Many times I helped pull him up from the floor to his wheelchair and buckle him in when he was floundering and it was just heartbreaking to watch Armando struggle with his illness. Maybe now he is at Peace.
