Obituary of Evelyn Morales

Evelyn Morales, Age 45, born April 13, 1961 in Aguas Buenas Puerto Rico, went to be with the Lord on November 18, 2006 at 9;07 A.M.; She is the daughter of the Late Luis Morales and Inez Morales of Puerto Rico; She studied in Bridgeport, CT and graduated in 1979 from Warren G. Harding High School. She played Baseball, Basketball and was part of the Womens''s League of Bridgeport; After having graduated high school she worked for the American Fabrics Company and Universal; in August 1989 she moved to Washington, D.C. and took a position as a Sales Representative with the Woodward & Lothrop Company. Following her dreams of becoming a Paralegal in Immigration services, she attended Maryland University. After graduating she accepted a position as a paralegal with the law firm Freilicher & Hoffman, which focused on Immigration Law, in Washington, D.C. Along with her mother, She left to cherish her memory her lifelong Partner Deborah A. Greene; two brothers Jose L. Morales of Puerto Rico and Gilberto Morales of Washington, D.C.; her niece Evelyn Y. Morales; her nephew Jose L. Morales Jr. of Puerto Rico and a multititude of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends, and her precious cats Estrella and Venus; Funeral Services will take place on Thursday, November 30, 2006 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. at the St. Paul''s/St. Luke''s Episcopal Church; interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
