Obituary of David Lubik

David Michael Lubik, age 38, of Ansonia passed away suddenly into the presence of the Lord on Saturday, April 28, 2012 in his home. David is the son of the late Nelson Lubik Sr., and the late Glennis Lubik. David was a wonderful guy who loved baseball and an avid fan of the Arizona Diamondbacks. He is survived by his wife Jennipher Lubik of Ansonia, CT; his beloved daughter Tatiana Jolee Lubik of Ansonia; three brothers, Nelson Lubik Jr., Rob Lewis Jr., and John Lewis Sr.; six sisters, Barbara Rapoza, Debbie Tedesco, Gail Sprague, Ellen List, Sherri Knapp, and Susan Tartaglia; many nieces, nephews, seven great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him. He was preceded in death by brother, Richard Lewis Sr., sister Linda Lubik, and uncle Steve Rapoza. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, May 4, 2012 from 6 p.m. until the end of service at the Cornerstone Christian Center, 349 Wheelers Farm Road, Milford, CT. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
