Obituary of Luis Montes

Luis A. Montes, age 72, currently of Orlando Florida, passed into peaceful rest with the Lord on Saturday, May 9, 2009 in Florida Hospital, Orlando, Florida while surrounded by his loving family. Luis was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico to the late Jose Montes and the Late Seferina Vega; but had moved into the Bridgeport area since 1952. He moved to Orlando in 1995 to be with his family. He is survived by his son Alberto L. Montes and his wife Beverly Montes of Orlando Florida; his grandsons Luis A., Javier and Bobby all of Orlando, Florida; Sisters Ana Ortiz, Carmen Montes and Juanin Perez; and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him. He was predeceased by his siblings the late Juan Montes, Efigenia Ortiz and Lydia Luna; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday (TODAY), May 12, 2009 from 4-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( La Funeraria de Nuestra Comunidad ), 426 E. Washington AVe., Bridgeport; Final disposition will be private at the convenience of the family.
