Obituary of Santos Ayala

Santos Rolando Ayala, age 48 of Trumbull, died on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at St. Vincent's Hospital. Born in El Salvador, the son of Maria E. Espinoza and the late Jose M. Ayala. He had a passion for cooking, and worked as a head chef. He also enjoyed painting as a hobby. He is survived by his son and daughter, Michael R. and Cristina Ayala, 3 brothers; Santos, Juan and Mauricio Ayala and a sister Marta Ibarra, as well as many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 10am on Friday, April 20 at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Ave, Bridgeport, with burial to follow at Mountain Grove of Easton Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday (TODAY) from 6 to 9 pm at the funeral home.
