Obituary of Aida Llera

Aida Llera, age 82, of New Haven, passed into the eternal rest of the Lord on Saturday, March 14, 2009 in Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT; Aida was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico but had moved into the New Haven area many years ago. She is the mother of Richard Ortiz of New Haven, Olga Lydia Rivera and Carmen Rosa Rivera both of New Haven, CT; grandmother to 6, great grandmother of 9 and great great grandmother of one. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (la Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport; Funeral services have been scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2009 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Iglesia Mision Juan 5:29, 295 Treadwell Street, Hamden, CT followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M.
