Obituary of Aida Nieves

Aida M. Nieves, age 66, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on April 8, 2012 in her residence. Aida was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico but had resided in the Bridgeport area for many years. She is the daughter of the late Isabel Nieves and the late Regina Lopez; She is survived by Her daughter Rosaura Olavarria; her sons John Olavarria, Walter Nieves, Mariano Vargas, Angel Tosado, Jose Hernandez & Manuel Mendoza; nineteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, April 12, 2012 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Funeral service in the Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M.
