Obituary of Jose Hernandez

Hernandez-Jose Hernandez, age 65 of Bridgeport entered into peaceful rest on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 in Northbridge Healthcare Center; Jose is a native of Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico before moving into the Bridgeport area many over 45 years ago. He is the son of the late Posorio Hernandez and the Late Rosa Rosario; Jose is the beloved husband of Benedicta Hernandez of Bridgeport; Along to his wife he is survived by his sons Jose L. Hernandez, Eric Hernandez and Carlos Hernandez; his brothers Angel L. Hernandez, Miguel A. Hernandez; Sister Gladys Romero; Grandchildren Carlos Hernandez Jr., Eric Hernandez Jr. and Hailey Hernandez; and other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2007 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charle’s Church; Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, Ct; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, September 20, 2007 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeral home.
