Obituary of Jose Hernandez

Jose "Cheo" Hernandez, age 45, of Bridgeport passed into the warm arms of the Lord suddenly on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 in His home. Jose is the son of Florentino Hernandez and the late Maria Arenas. Jose was a mechanic by trade and many benefited from his gift of repairing they''re vehicles. He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico but had moved into the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is survived by his sons Jafet Hernandez of Pawtucket, RI, Jose Hernandez of Puerto Rico and Jonathan Hernandez of Bridgeport; his daughter Melissa Trinidad of Bridgeport; one grandchild and other relatives and friends who will miss him. Interment will take place on Monday at 2:30 P.M. Directly at Park Cemetery; The Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport has been given the honor to provide services for Jose.
