Lydia Hernandez, age 49, currently of Bridgeport passed into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Monday, December 1, 2008 in St. Vincent''s Medical Center. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Sixto Cruz of Bridgeport and her daughter Carmen Cruz of Bridgeport; and other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Final disposition will be in Cementerio La Capital in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. No Local Services will be held.
