Obituary of Jose Gonzalez

Gonzalez-Jose A. Gonzalez, age 82 of Bridgeport passed into the peaceful arms of the Lord on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 in Bridgeport Hospital. Jose was born in Puerto Rico but moved into the Bridgeport area over 39 years ago. He is the husband of Rosa Gonzalez of Bridgeport; In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons Jose Gonzalez of Dania, Florida, Anibal Gonzalez, Wilfredo Gonzalez and Henry Gonzalez all of Bridgeport; his daughter Evelyn Gonzalez and her husband Athor Howard Quiñones, of Bridgeport and Nancy Gonzalez of Hollywood, Florida; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends; Funeral services will take place on Monday, November 5, 2005 beging at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport; Friends are invited to attend calling hour on Sunday, November 4, 2007 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeral home.
