Obituary of Angel Garcia

Garcia-Angel Garcia, age 58 of Bridgeport died Friday, March 23, 2007 in New Britain General Hospital; Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico he was the beloved son of Georgina Rivera Garcia and the late Vicente Garcia; He was a resident of Bridgeport for the past 57 years. Angel was an employee of Sikorsky Aircraft for 20 years. He is a Veteran of the Vietnam War he served our country in the United States Marines. Survivors in addition to his mother Georgina are: one Son Vincent Garcia of Bridgeport; two daughters Erica Garcia of West Haven, CT and Regina Acevedo of Florida; a stepdaughter Chantal Garcia Leon; three sisters Gloria Perez, Julie Musselman both of Florida and Elsie Garcia of Bridgeport; Three grandchildren Tatianna Rios, David Acevedo and Isaiah Acevedo; stepgrandchildren Brianna Leon and Amaiyah Leon; and many other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Funeral Services will take place on Friday, March 30, 2007 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington ave., Bridgeport followed by interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport; Friends are also invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, March 29, 2007 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
