Obituary of Jose Rivera

Jose Rivera, age 70, of Bridgeport passed away into the rest of the Lord on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in Ludlow Healthcare Facility, Fairfield, CT; Jose is the son of the late Felipe Rivera and the late Filomena Vazquez; He was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. he is the survived by his sons Victor Rivera and Jose Rivera; his daughters Moraima Rivera, Maritza Rivera and Maribel Rivera; His sisters Maria Ceballos and Blanca Santiago; 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. He was predeceased by one son the late Felipe Rivera; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport; Final disposition will be private at the convenience of the family.
