Obituary of Gloria Velez

Gloria E. Velez, age 50, of Bridgeport, a native of Ponce, Puerto Rico passed into the Golden Pearl Filled Gates of Heaven on Friday, August 14, 2009 in Bridgeport Hospital. Gloria is the daughter of Ruben Ballester and Gloria Rosario; She is also survived by her sons Cecil Velez and Dennis Velez both of Bridgeport; daughter Jennifer Velez of Bridgeport; one grandchild Cecil Velez IV; Siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Funeral Services have been scheduled for Tuesday, August 18,2 009 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( La Funeraria de NUESTRA Comunidad), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by interment in Park Cemetery, Bridgeport; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, August 17, 2009 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
