Obituary of Lydia DeMoura

Lydia DeMoura, age 65 recently of East Hartford passed into the eternal rest of the Lord on Friday, October 16, 2009 while surrounded by her loving family. Lydia was born in Villalba, Puerto Rico but had moved into the Bridgeport area where she resided for almost 40 years. Lydia had been employed for many years at Fairfield University in the Food Service Department. She was a vivacious, energetic woman who would ignite a room when she entered it. She leaves to cherish her memory her son Hipolito DelValle of East Hartford, CT; her daughter Olga Vidal of Bridgeport; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends who will sorely miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 from 10 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. when the funeral service will take place. Interment will Follow in Mt. Grove Easton Cemetery, Easton, CT
