Obituary of Carmen Crespo

Carmen M. Crespo, age 69, of Bridgeport passed into peaceful rest on Monday, December 4, 2006 in Bridgeport Hospital while surrounded by her loving family. She is a native of Camuy, Puerto Rico before moving to Bridgeport many years ago. She is the wife of the late Heriberto Crespo Sr.; She served for 33 years as a Religious Education Teacher at St. Mary''s Church. She is survived by her son Heriberto Crespo Jr. of Bridgeport; Carmen Maria Crespo, Dr. Elba Iris Crespo and Maria G. Sepulveda and her husband Ramon, all of Bridgeport; three brothers, five sisters, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; Nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends whom will sorely miss her. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2006 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Sacrament Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, December 8, 2006 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
