Obituary of Rosa Colon
Colon-Rosa M. Colon, age 61, a Bridgeport resident but native of Ponce, Puerto Rico passed into the eternal rest of the Lord on Saturday, October 27, 2007 in Bridgeport Hospital. Rosa is survived by her sons Noe Diaz, Jose Alberto Rivera, Dionicio Colon and Peter Diaz; her daughters Sonia N. Diaz, Virginia Powers, Elizabel Diaz-Solis, Carmen Rosa Diaz, Maria E. Diaz and Sonia E. Diaz; twenty one grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Funeral services are going to be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 beginning at 10:00 A.M. At the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT followed by interment in Park Cemetery; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, Ocober 30, 2007 from 7-9 P.M. At the Funeral Home.
