We were not able to be at the services, but we will continue to remember the Burgos family in our prayers. As I think of Mr. Burgos, what I remember most is his gentle and happy spirit. It's funny how you can talk with some people only a few times and yet, they can leave a memory in your mind that reminds you of how you want to be. That is what I think of when I remember this man, who seemed to be very content and full of love for those around him, and most of all, for God. Burgos family, I pray that your time of grieving is softened by the knowledge that, by the mercy of God, given through Jesus, you can be reunited with him again. In the presence of the Lord, he is more alive now than he has ever been, and I am sure he is eagerly watching to see that his loved ones make it there also.May God's grace & peace be multiplied to you all, now more than ever!--April & Phil McMillan

Daddy, after you passed away, I tried to write but for some reason it didn't stay. But anyway, I miss you so much. I know you are with mom, just remember what she told you one day daddy, when she go's to meet her maker she will have both her legs. I bet you must have laughed when you saw her. MINGA esta caminando! There is a GOD, what the doctors couldn't do he did in a split of a second, very powerful GOD. Now instead of talking to mom only now I have a few to talk to, I have you, my brother felix, grandparents. Thank you DAD for everything you done for us all. I love you and miss you. Your daughter Milagros Ruiz
