My condolences to you and your family. There is a Scriptures that bring me comfort when my Dad passes away: "God is close to the brokenhearted and he will save those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). He make us a promise and give us the real hope of being reunited with our dead loved ones again (John 5:28,29). In this moment of deep sorrow, God's words provide so much comfort.
