Obituary of Ana Hernandez

Ana Delia Hernandez, age 86, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on November 24, 2014 in St. Vincent's Medical Center surrounded by those she loved so much. Ana was born in Quebradilla, Puerto Rico to the late Juan Hernandez and the late Maria Perez. She is survived by her sons Victor M. Hernandez, Rafael Hernandez, and Jaime Hernandez; her daughter Carmen Collazo. In addition to her children she is survived by her brother Manuel Hernandez; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grand children and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her; Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, November 28, 2014 beginning at 8:00 A.M. Followed by a service at 10:30 A.M. all done at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT Interment will follow in Park Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT.
