Obituary of Madeline Otero Torres

Madeline Otero Torres, age 80, of Bridgeport, entered into the peaceful eternal presence of the Lord on Saturday, September 20, 2014 in Bridgeport Hospital. Madeline was a lifelong Bridgeport resident and is the daughter of the Late Charles Corris and the late Lillian Corris; She was a wonderful caring soul whom everyone loved from the moment you met her. She is survived by her son Michael Contreras and her son in law whom she adored as her own son Sotirios Georgakopoulos, Sr.; daughters Debra Eagles and her husband Paul, Laura Contreras, Donnajean Contreras and Kimberly Parkes-Schwartz; an additional son in law Zachary Schwartz; her grandchildren Rachel Briscoe Havens, Christine Briscoe, James Briscoe, and Debra Briscoe, Eugenio Rivera, Rosemarie Rivera, Ramon Rosado, Amy Contreras, Joey Carrasquillo Contreras, Lisa Marie Guzman, Jamie Piazza, Tina Perry , William Contreras, Melissa Contreras Lopez, Sotirios "T" Georgakapoulos, Jr. , Thomasi Georgakopoulos whome she raised as her own and their brother Blayke Schwartz and Theresa Johnson; her sister Charlotte Corris; her brother Kenny Corris; and a host of other siblings, relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her. In addition to Madeline's Parents she was predeceased by her son the late William J.
