Obituary of Felix Villanueva

Felix A. Villanueva, age 69, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Thursday, May 29, 2014 in Stamford Hospital, Stamford, CT. Felix was born in Camuy, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Felix was a God given He is the son of the late Felix Villanueva and Carmen Villanueva of Bridgeport. He is the beloved husband of Elpidia Villanueva. In addition to his mother and wife he is survived by his sons Felix A. Villanueva Jr., Alberto Olivera, Anthony F. Villanueva, Samuel Villanueva; his daughters Marilyn Brezina, Inez Villanueva, Erica Villanueva; fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. He is predeceased by his daughter the late Mayra Villanueva. Friends are invited to attend calling hours at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. on Monday, June 2, 2014 from 7-9 P.M. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, June 3, 2014, 10:00 A.M. followed Interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT.
