Obituary of Yolanda Quiñones

Yolanda Quiñones, age 93, entered into eternal rest on May 10, 2014 at her residence in Bridgeport, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Trujillo, Peru prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area 17 years ago. Yolanda is the loving mother of Jose Luis Fernandez married to Lucia Benavidez, Gustavo Fernandez married to Luz Sebastianni, Salvador Fernandez (predeceased), Eva Fernandez, Carlos Enrique Fernandez (predeceased), Pedro Fernandez, Flor de Maria Fernandez married to Raul Quiroga, and Jesus Fernandez married to Orlando De La Cruz; the adoring grandmother of many grandchildren, as follows Ronald, Rocio, Jose Luis, Jossi, Patricia, Fabiola, Mauricio, Carlos Alfredo, Pedro, Juan Carlos, Daniel, Monica, Yolanda, Liz, Gustavito, Benjamin, Jackeline, Helen, Enna, Ingrid, Elias, Jesus, Yahaira, Katherine, Claudia, Diana y Raul Alejandro, Manuel Antonio, Carlos Salvador, Flora y Amendra, 35 great grandchildren, and a great great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 from 11a.m.-1p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
