Obituary of Carmen Ramos

Carmen R. Ramos, age 79, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Griffin Hospital, Derby, CT. Carmen was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Carmen is the daughter of the late Gregorio Ramos and the late Juana Torres. She is survived by her sons Gustavo Martinez, Rafael Martinez, and Ricardo Negron; her daughters Juana R. Martinez and Maritza R. Balaguer; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren and many more relatives and friends whom will all dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 10-1 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Charles church. beginning at 1:00 P.M.
