Obituary of Luz Berrios

Luz Berrios, age 80, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on April 19, 2014 in Bridgeport Hospital while surrounded by her loving family. Luz was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area many years ago; She is the beloved wife of Jose A. Neco whom she married over 24 years ago. In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons Lorenzo Velez, Joey Velez, Bobby Velez, Richard Velez, Edward Velez and Jorge Velez; her daughter Blanca DelValle; her brothers Ruben Berrios, Rafael Berrios and Luisito Berrios; her sister Eileen Padin, Emma Rodriguez and Alba Berrios; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild whom will all dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, ( Peaceful Light Funeral Home ), 426 E.
