Obituary of Felicita Velazquez

Felicita Velazquez, age 91, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful eternal rest of the Lord on Thursday, April 17, 2014 in Northbridge Healthcare Center, Bridgeport, CT; Felicita was born in Comerio, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. She is the daughter of the late Arcadio Rivera and the late Josefa Orta; She is the widow of the late Felix Velazquez; She is survived by her sons Felix Velazquez , Jr. and Jose Velazquez both of Bridgeport; Four Grandchildren Inez Reyes, Jose Velazquez Jr., Michelle Velazquez, and Julien Velazquez; one great grandchild Michael Perez; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, April 21, 2014 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT; Funeral service will begin in the funeral home at 1:00 P.M.
