Obituary of Atanacia Garcia

Atanacia Garcia, age, 93, of East Haven, CT, passed away into the peaceful, eternal, and glorious rest of the Lord on Monday, April 7, 2014 in Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT; Atanacia was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the US mainland many years ago. Atanacia is the daughter of the late Guillermo Perez and the late Antonia Gerena; She is also the widow of the late Jesus Garcia; She is survived by her sons Eliezer (Lucy), Jesus Jr. (Ramona), Gamaliel, Juan (Marta), Felix (Rosa), Eli Manuel (Lillian) and Jose (Betzaida) Garcia; Three daughters Sarai Torres, Ruth Eneida (Eddie Hernandez), and Luz Merari Garcia; 36 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will dearly miss her.
