Baby Gemma Ann Colon, of Ansonia, CT, passed away January 10, 2014 suddenly in Bridgeport Hospital. Jemma is survived by her parents Shannon Pascone and Lionel Colon; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her.
