Carlos D. Ramirez, Suddenly passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on November 20, 2013 in Yale New Haven Hospital. Baby Carlos was born in New Haven, CT on November 20, 2013 to Nelson Ramirez and Priscilla Pascual. He is survived by a host of relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Funeral Services have been schedule for Friday, January 7, 2014 starting at 1:00 P.M directly at Spring Grove Cemetery.
