Home Going celebration for Rose Bobby Austin Sunrise 8/14/1951 Sunset 10/28/2013 (Rose) Bobby was born in Bridgeport, CT. to the late Daniel Wesley Austin and Rosetta Sallie Austin; She was a resident of Bridgeport, CT and attended Bridgeport Public Schools. She later relocated to Orange, CT for the past 34 years. She was employed at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for 22 years. She was predeceased in death by six siblings, Daniel, Jesse, James, Phyllis, Courtney, Vincent and Christopher Austin; She leaves behind her companion of 34 years, Gail Holms of Orange, CT; nine Siblings, Barbara (Charles), Mclaurine, of Cleveland, MS . Elizabeth (Robert) Harris of Virginia Beach, Virginia, John (Arlene) Austin of Alexandria, VA, Henry Austin, Las Vegas, NV, Richard (Helen) Austin of Bridgeport, Howard (Selma) Austin of Bridgeport, Juanita Austin of Bridgeport, & Christine (Gary) Hamilton of Atlanta, Georgia; one daughter Rochelle Austin of Springhill, TN.; two grandsons Erik and Kilee; One son by Gail, Jody Holms, and two grandchildren Alyssa and Joey; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will sorely miss her; Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. at the Luz de Paz Funeral Home , 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport; Final disposition will be private at the convenience of the family.
