Obituary of Cecilia Girard

Cecilia Girard, age 79, currently of Bridgeport passed away into the Peaceful Rest of the Lord on Monday, September 16, 2013 in St. Vincent's Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Cecilia was born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Samuel DeFeo and the late Lillian Johnson. She is survived by her son Richard DeFeo from Pennsylvania; her daughter Yvonne Lavenskie (Roberto Callard) from Bridgeport; her sister Antoinette Zangeralli from Stratford; her grandchildren Julie DMcawee, Jennifer Drury, Nicole Blair, and Peter Nastu; her great grandchildren Briana Diaz and Adam Blair; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home) 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT.
