Obituary of Madeline Medina

Madeline Medina, age 57, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful presence of the Lord on August 6, 2013 in Bridgeport Hospital; Madeline was born in Bronx, New York to the late Pedro Feliciano and the late Teresa Feliciano but had relocated to Meriden for many years then most recently to Bridgeport; Madeline is the widow of the late Francisco Medina; She is survived by her son Francisco Medina of Bridgeport; her daughters Janice Vazquez of Stratford, Teresa Iglesias of Jacksonville, North Carolina, and Yeselyn Medina of Stratford, CT; Her sisters Sandra Martinez and Nancy Rivera; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, August 12, 2013 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport; Funeral services have been scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, 2013 beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. Charles Church.
