Obituary of Jose Calvao

Jose L. Calvao, age 48, of Bridgeport, passed into eternal rest on Monday, August 6, 2013 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Jose was born in Brazil to the late Jose and Marianna Calvao before relocating to the U.S. in 1976. He is survived by his wife Barbara Calvao; His sisters Margarida Dossantos, Maria A. Dossantos, and Madalena Alves; His sister in law Maria A. Calvao; His 6 grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss him. He is predeceased by his brother, Joao Calvao. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, August 9, 2013 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT.
