Obituary of Angel Serrano

Angel M. Serrano, age 63, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Monday, July 29, 2013 in Bridgeport Hospital. He was born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico to the late Armando Serrano and Juana Diaz, but had relocated to the Bridgeport area 30 years ago. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Ana M. Caraballo whom he was married to for 42 years; He is also survived by his sons Carlos M. Serrano, Angel L. Serrano, Angel M. Serrano, Jr. Jose A. Serrano, and Ismael Serrano; His daughters Elizabeth Serrano, Sonia Serrano, and Xiomara Serrano; his 23 granchildren and his 2 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, August 4, 2013 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT; Funeral services have been schedule for Monday, August 5, 2013 beginning at 9:00 A.M. with a Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church followed by Interment at Lakeview Cemetery.
