Obituary of Luis Maldonado

Luis R. Maldonado, age 67, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Sunday, July 21, 2013 in his home. He was born in Barcelonita, Puerto Rico to the late Ramon Maldonado and the late Carmen Moya but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is survived by his daughter Anna I. Maldonado; his brothers Jorge Maldonado, Luis Maldonado, Jaime Maldonado, Freddy Maldonado, Johnny Maldonado, and Ramon Maldonado; his sisters Alicia Boutt, Nelly Maldonado, and Gladys Maldonado; his granddaughter Kayla Cuenca; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. A special thank you to the Serrano Family for all of the help and support they have provided. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT; Funeral services have been schedule for Thursday, July 25, 2013 beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by Interment at Lakeview Cemetery.
