Obituary of Ruben Velez

Ruben Velez, age 66, of East Haven, passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Monday, June 17, 2013 in The Connecticut Hospice, Branford, CT. Ruben was born in Lares, Puerto Rico to Agustin Velez and Adela Martinez. He is survived by his son Ruben Velez- Torres and Francisco Alicea; his daughter Daisy Alicea; his four grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends who will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, June 20, 2013 from 10-12 P.M. at the Emanuel Church Hse Resto, 293 East St. New Haven, CT. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven, CT.
