Obituary of Livio Acosta

Livio Osvaldo Acosta, age 58, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on Wednesday, June 13, 2013 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Livio was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is the son of the late Livio Acosta and Adelaida Merced. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Eunice Acosta of Bridgeport; his daughter Melaine Acosta; his sons; his brothers Raul Acosta and Jose Acosta both currently in Puerto Rico; his sister Elsa Acosta also currently in Puerto Rico; and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, June 17, 2013 from 6-8 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. Funeral services will conclude in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
