Obituary of Alfonso Moreno

Alfonso Moreno, age 95, of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on February 26, 2013 at Maefair Health Care Center, Trumbull, CT. He was born and raised in Coamo, Puerto Rico until relocating to the Bridgeport area. He work as the Chef for the Green Giant for many years. Also he was known as " Gran Gallero de Coamo, Puerto Rico." He is survived by his daughters Maria Moreno Diaz, Patricia Santiago, Cristina Santiago, Wanda Moreno, Nancy Moreno, and Jerlyn Moreno; his many Granchildren and Great Grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 from 12- 2 p.m. at Funeraria Luz de Paz ( Peaceful Light Funeral Home) 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT. followed by the service.
