Obituary of Betzaida Garcia

Betzaida Garcia, age 55 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Feb. 24, 2013 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Jose Alonso. She was born and raised in Naguabo, Puerto Rico until relocating to Bridgeport in 1990. She is the beloved mother of Angel Bermudez, Ricardo Bermudez, Jose Alonso, Jr., Jesse Alonso, Joel Garcia, Noel Garcia, Betzaida Garcia, Alexandra Garcia, Melissa Alonso, Michele Garcia, Henesis Garcia, and Denise Cuelvas; and the loving grandmother of 20.Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 from 11a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a service following at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E.
