Obituary of Nydia Silva

Nydia C. Silva, age 30, of Bridgeport, entered into the eternal rest of the Lord on Sat., Feb. 2, 2013 at her residence in Bridgeport. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico before relocating to Bridgeport many years ago. She is the beloved daughter of Revs. Ildefonso and Nydia E. Silva of Bridgeport. Nydia is the loving mother of Nydializ Marie Rivera and caring sister of Josue and Ildefonso Silva. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport. Final disposition will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be left in Nydia's memory to Iglesia Bautista la Nueva Jerususalem.
