Obituary of Agustina Torres

Agustina Torres, age 77, of Bridgeport beloved widow of the Late Camilo Torres passed away into the peaceful rest and presence of the Lord on Thursday, January 31, 2013 in Bridgeport Hospital. She had been an active member of St. Mary's Church in Bridgeport where she was a cursillista for many years. Agustina was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico before relocating to the Bridgeport area with her husband. Together they are the parents of Jose O. Torres and his wife Maria, Angel M. Torres, Carmelo Torres, Hector L. Torres, Norberto Torres and his wife Elizabeth, Victor Torres and his wife Geraldine Sepulveda, and Zaida Torres and her husband Joel Hampton; In addition she is survived by 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; her brothers Armando, Antonio and Nery Ramos; her sisters Awilda Aponte, Carmen Ramos, Lucy Ramos, and Raquel Ramos; and a host of other relatives and friends who will sorely miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, February 3, 2013 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
