Obituary of Angelia Robertson

Angelia Robertson, Age 58, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on January 30, 2020 in her home. Angelia was born in Newport News, Virginia, but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Angelia was a wonderful woman with a great spirit. Wherever she went, first and foremost she made sure she was well dressed as she loved dressing up, even if it was for just shopping which was another pass time she looked forward to with whoever wanted to go. She enjoyed every day as she went to Church where she spent quality time with her Savior and loved spending time with Family at every chance she got.. Wherever she went, she was a magnet for people as her personality attracted many to be around her because she was one they felt they could connect so easily to. People would always say that they learned so much from her they always considered her a positive role model in their lives. Angelia was Truly a blessing from above and her 58 years on earth leaves so much to be spoken about, so much to be appreciated and many memories to recall. She is survived by her children: Robbai Williams, Kynesha Williams, Theresa Rose, and Rayone'a Smith; her Grandchildren: Nicholas Williams, Romelo Williams, and Noah Marshall; her Siblings: Bruce Robertson, Shannon Robertson, Stephanie Robertson; and a host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends whom will forever cherish those moments and speak about the times with Angelia. Finally, we wanted to mention her predeceased siblings which she never failed to meniton, Dolly McCray and Gene Robertson. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, February 9, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. until l 1:00 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home, 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT; Final Disposition will be held privately.
