Obituary of Victoria Hernandez

Victoria Hernandez, age 86, of Bridgeport passed away into the peaceful eternal presence of the Lord on Friday, December 28, 2012 in her home while surrounded by her loving family. Victoria was born in Camuy, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area since 1963. She is the daughter of the late Tomas Candelaria and the late Maria Gonzalez; she is survived buy her son Afortunado Hernandez; her daughters Elsie Quintanilla, Ada Obando, Elizabeth Hernandez and Julissa Canales; Eleven grandchildren, Seventeen great grandchildren and One great great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E.
