Obituary of Luis M. Cordero

Luis M. Cordero, age 63 of Bridgeport, returned to the Loving Arms of the Lord on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at St. Vincent's Medical Center. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico; son of the late Ismael Cordero and Lorenza Rios Cordero prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Luis was a diehard New York Mets fan, and enjoyed betting on horses and playing numbers. He also enjoyed listening to music, especially 70s jams and salsa classics. Luis is survived by his siblings, Felix Martinez, Nilsa Diaz and Maria Febus; and a host of other relatives that will truly miss him. He was predeceased by his brothers Emilio Martinez and Jose A.
