Obituary of Paula Soto

Paula Soto, age 87, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 8, 2019, at her residence, surrounded by love. She was born in Fort Worth, TX; daughter of the late Francisco Granado and Gregoria Morales prior to relocating to Bridgeport years ago.
She loved to cook, especially her famous tortillas. Paula was a very Godly woman, whose special has a relationship with the Lord extended into every facet of her life. She was the true matriarch and queen of her family; always seeing the best in and taking care of everyone. Paula will be remembered as truly original and absolutely unforgettable.
She is the loving mother of Isabel Perez, Romero Soto, Reynaldo Soto, Susan Soto, Ann Cuevas, Juanita Rivera, Christian Soto, Margaret Segarra, and Angel Soto, Jr.; the grandmother of 28 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren; and the sister of Rachel, Maria and Flora Grenado. Paula was predeceased by her husband, the late Angel Soto, Sr.
Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Friday, November 15, 2019,  from  11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608. Her final disposition will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
